What if I do not have a username? top
  Each agency has at least one 'Administrative User', called a PrimaryUser, who has the ability to create new users. Please contact your agencies PrimaryUser for assistance. If you are unable to locate your PrimaryUser, please contact APR staff.
Why are some of the fields pink? top
  The pink ( actually MistyRose ) color indicates a field that the data came from the database. This means that either it was previously entered, or in a few special cases, we provided it. (Such as carryover)
Why are the fields on my forms greyed out? top
  This indicates that data may not be changed. There are two reasons data will be locked.
 
  1. The data came from DOS, such as carry over figures
  2. The form was already submitted, and accepted. To unlock one of the forms, please contact us.
What do the different terms in the Status Column of the Dashboard indicate? top
 
  1. No Data Entered - This indicates that data entry has not yet begun for this section
  2. Data Entry in Progress - This indicates that some data entry has been done for this section, however, it does not indicate how much progress has been made.
  3. Data Requires Correction - This indicates the section was submitted, and did not pass the automated tests. This status is accompanied by a 'View Errors' button which has a list of errors for that section.
  4. Data Submitted - This indicates the section was submitted, and passed all automated tests. At this point, your responsibilty for this section, is complete. If further action is required, APR Staff will contact you.
